1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging with all labels and components intact. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened or used skincare items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Proof of Purchase: You’ll need your order number or receipt to process a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used skincare products (e.g., creams, serums, masks) for hygiene reasons.
- Products past their expiration date unless defective upon delivery.
- Custom-made or personalized skincare items.
- Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale.”
- Digital products or gift cards.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@iskincare.store or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
- Ship the Item: Package the unopened product securely with the RAN included and send it to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Tracking: Use a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.
4. Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days thereafter.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product or defective item).
- Partial Refunds: May apply if the product is returned with damaged packaging but remains unopened, at our discretion.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If a product arrives damaged (e.g., broken container), defective (e.g., unusual odor or texture upon arrival), or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, subject to availability.
